In the unlikely event you are not successful on your first exam attempt, we provide a repeat course for free. You can redeem this guarantee in a single step: Send an email to questions@apea.com and attach your certification exam score report, the 2 CE certificates you earned by completing the live course evaluation and the supplemental* course evaluation (1 for the live lectures, 1 for the supplemental materials). In the email, state whether you’d like to attend another live course or receive access to the course on video.

*To redeem the guarantee, all supplemental course material must be completed prior to taking the certification exam. Guarantee must be redeemed within 1 year of original live course date.
